all products ordered from Accuri are For Research Use Only.
Accuri products are NOT to be used for in vitro diagnostic
testing.

Purchase Orders
Orders are invoiced net 30 days, after credit
approval. We may require prepayment on a pro-forma invoice
in some cases. Please ask when ordering.
Credit Cards
We do not accept credit cards at this time.
Please call if you would like to use a credit card and we will
work out a way to facilitate your purchase.

Distribution Outside North America:
Accuri is currently distributing
only in North America. We will be adding distributors outside
of North America during 2007. Please send an email to sales@AccuriCytometers.com or call 734-994-8000 if you are interested in becoming a distributor
or if you would like to purchase the Accuri C6 Flow Cytometer™
outside of North America.

Accuri's Technical Support
team is a group of highly trained cytometer experts who are
available to answer your technical and application questions
with either your C6 Flow Cytometer or your CFlow software.

Time. If further assistance is required, we can dispatch a
Field Applications Specialists to work with you to help you
in person.
Warranty or repair service can also be requested
by calling 734-994-8000 from 8:30 AM until 6:00 PM Eastern
Time. Our technicians will work with you to diagnose your problem.
In many cases we can solve the problem over the phone, but
if the problem requires in house service, we will provide details
on how to handle repair of your instrument.
